Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Trade and Broadcasting

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our Trade and Broadcasting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the department, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of senior managers and directors to ensure effective departmental operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with company-wide initiatives
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets
  • Represent the company in external forums and negotiations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
