About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the company's financial activities and drive its growth. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies to help the business achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to align with the company's objectives.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other reports required by management, shareholders, or regulatory authorities.
  • Manage the company's accounting systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and manage financial risks that could impact the company's financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, including tax laws, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Lead a team of financial professionals, including specialists in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Manage the company's payroll and HR activities, including new hires.
  • Establish and develop relationships with external partners, such as banks, audit firms, and insurance brokers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, including responsiveness to emails and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing a team of financial professionals.
Salary and Benefits

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
