To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years' experience in an electrical and/or communications environment, with a strong understanding of computer databases and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors at various locations across Canada.
  • Monitor the progress of work and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including creating quotations, work orders, and invoices.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent with equivalent or relevant experience in design, project management, data or voice communications drafting.
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and ability to remain calm in difficult customer-related situations.
  • Self-starter with ability to act on own initiative and take action to solve problems within the limits of the function.
  • Ability to write informative documents, including letters, proposals, and emails.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team.
