Project Manager

At Digital Fire & Security Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and monitor and evaluate project progress
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, and read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications
  • Prepare operations and project estimates, schedules, and reports, and prepare project schedules
  • Develop and implement quality control programs, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Prepare reports and consult with clients to determine project needs, and assign projects and advise project teams
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong background in business administration and management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
  • Knowledge of business administration and management principles and practices
