Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Specialist to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a key member of our Imperial Service Team, you will be responsible for building and growing a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management, financial services support, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and connecting with clients on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful.
  • Business Development: Develop a deep understanding of your local market and potential client base to create sales plans that will convert leads into new clients.
  • Community Involvement: Heighten CIBC brand awareness in your community by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in providing financial advice to clients and establishing relationships while achieving performance targets.
  • Certifications: Current accreditation and good standing for IIROC licensing requirements; Canadian Securities Course (CSC) written within the past 3 years is required upon hire, Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME). Designated Financial Services Advisor Designation (DFSA) through the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
