Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Service Representative to join our team. As a Financial Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers, helping them to access the financial products and services they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
  • Work with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
