Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Service Representative to join our team. As a Financial Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers, helping them to access the financial products and services they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with customers to understand their financial needs and provide them with personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • 6 months of cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Availability to work full-time.
