About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at 2445212 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our hospitality operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Policies

Design and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless daily operations in our hotel, motel, or resort setting.

Staff Recruitment and Management

Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 16-20 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality operations.

Budgeting and Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.

Marketing and Sales

Develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain customers, and prepare budgets to support sales initiatives.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints, concerns, and special needs, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Maintenance and Operations

Oversee maintenance activities, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and enforce quality standards.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel, motel, or resort operations.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, with occasional overtime required.

Personal Qualities

Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude.
