Accommodations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff members
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Negotiate with suppliers for materials and services
  • Conduct training sessions for staff
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to attract guests
  • Implement marketing activities to increase guest satisfaction
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
