Accommodations Manager Job Description

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our hotel, motel, or resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Prepare marketing plans
  • Implement marketing activities
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Develop and implement business plans
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, overtime required.
