Your Mission:

  • Organize, influence, and manage a portfolio of contracts supporting all aspects of contract negotiation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in reviewing, negotiating, drafting, implementing, and executing Contracts, primarily IT Contracts.
  • Act as an interface between Strategic Sourcing, Legal, external vendors, and the Business Line while interfacing at all levels within the organization.
  • Drive to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives through effective stakeholder management.
  • Implement SLA Management and provide guidance on risk-based policies and procedures.

Your Profile:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Contract Management.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated team player who takes initiative and can work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with proven time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating at all levels including business partners, Executives, and Vendors.
