About the Role

This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong background in Typescript, Node, and Postgres.

You will be responsible for designing and developing modern, responsive, and scalable web applications and REST APIs that power the games we host.

Our ideal candidate has experience working with type-safe Postgres queries, scaling large Postgres applications, and building performant REST APIs with Typescript and Node.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop modern, responsive, and scalable web applications and REST APIs
  • Work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with game developers to design the ideal APIs for their games
  • Ensure our APIs are performant and scalable to meet the needs of our game developers
Requirements
  • Experience working with type-safe Postgres queries and scaling large Postgres applications
  • Experience building performant REST APIs with Typescript and Node
  • Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with Git, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
