At High River Pharmacy and Medical Supply Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Department Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management and be able to lead a team of 3-4 staff members. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, determining merchandise and services to be sold, and implementing price and credits policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses, and resolving issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Ability to lead a team of 3-4 staff members
  • Strong background in pharmacy management
