We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Department Manager to join our team at High River Pharmacy and Medical Supply Centre.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage and supervise staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our pharmacy services.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Positive attitude and client-focused approach.
