At High River Pharmacy and Medical Supply Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement efficient workflows to ensure seamless delivery of services to our patients.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and mentor a team of pharmacy professionals, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services: Analyze market trends and customer needs to determine the types of merchandise and services to offer.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing strategies and credit policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our pharmacy services and products.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze workload and customer demand to determine staffing needs.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Recruit, Hire and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team.
