Pharmacy Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Department Manager to join our team at High River Pharmacy and Medical Supply Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the pharmacy team, ensuring that our goals and objectives are met and exceeded.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our pharmacy meets the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
