We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team at S. J. Lawrence Architect Inc.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for creating detailed designs, plans, and drawings for various architectural projects. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings with computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Analyze technical documents and reports
  • Prepare working drawings
  • Construct architectural and display models
  • Assist in design development
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Urban area work setting
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and SketchUp
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
