About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Housekeeping Director to join our team at Kimpton Saint George Hotel in downtown Toronto. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and quality standards throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, linen distribution, and equipment maintenance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including supply inventory and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior housekeeping or hospitality role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving excellent results.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
