Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

MUSTAYS BRAIDING PLACE INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of hairdressing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as coordinate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Reporting and Requisitioning: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
