Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at MUSTAYS BRAIDING PLACE INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hairdressing salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Requisitioning: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs, and be the point of contact when handling emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
