We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Salon Manager to join our team at Conforti Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hairdressing salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of stylists to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Does not require Canadian work experience.
Support for Mature Workers:
  • Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.
Support for Visible Minorities:
  • Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
