We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at MUSTAYS BRAIDING PLACE INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hairdressing salon, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Requisition: Prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
