About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice-President to join our team at Terry Trophy & Awards. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging to differentiate our company in the market.
  • Campaign Development: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage our target audience.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and project management skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
