About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice President to join our team at Terry Trophy & Awards. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and image for Terry Trophy & Awards, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Development: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage with key audiences, including customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
