About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Content Developer to join our team at Clarity Consultants. As an E-Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and updating interactive and engaging eLearning courses for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and create visually appealing solutions for compliance and mandatory training.
  • Work closely with the Learning Administrator to seamlessly upload courses into Workday Learning and perform comprehensive quality assurance testing.
  • Develop eLearning courses using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond.
  • Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and eLearning best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Ensure that all eLearning courses meet the required standards and are delivered on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Multimedia Development, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proven expertise in creating interactive eLearning courses.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and eLearning best practices.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), with a preference for Workday Learning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to provide work samples.
