Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise store staff and ensure they meet performance expectations
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Monitor store finances and manage cash handling
- Ensure store is clean and organized, and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience working in a retail environment
