Retail Store Manager

HASTY MARKET is seeking a skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales staff, coordinating inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage cash
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for retail, we encourage you to apply.
Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
