Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team at OCK TOUR LTD. This role is responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work setting: Travel agency
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
