About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Little Turkish Village Dining Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and menus.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Turkish cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
