Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at THE MILL TAVERN. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality food standards.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
