We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Property Management team at L-Jalco Holdings Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including clerical and organizational tasks.
  • Correspondence and Communications: Draft correspondences and formal documents, and ensure timely delivery of tenant invoices and notices.
  • Apartment Showings: Plan and schedule apartment showings, and monitor rental ads and correspond with potential applicants.
  • Office Management: Develop and implement organized filing systems, both physically and virtually, and perform all other office tasks.
  • Financial Management: Assist with online and in-person banking and bill payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in office administration or related fields is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks Online is required.
