About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Strategist to join our team at Canadian Tire Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to align employee behavior with business objectives
  • Lead aspects of planning, delivery, development, and execution of change for organizational transformation programs, projects, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for process standardization
  • Design and deliver training programs to support employee adoption and usage of new technologies and processes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and vendors

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in transformational change management
  • Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives and driving business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience working with software development methodologies, lean methodologies, and project management
