Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to align employee behavior with business objectives

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in transformational change management or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, including creation of go-to-market content and leadership presentations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to switch between creative and tactical writing
  • Professional and diplomatic communication style
  • Significant experience working with formal project teams and structured project methodologies
  • Self-directed problem-solving and initiative-taking
  • Experience with software development methodologies, lean methodologies, and project management
