About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Ethereal Construction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business initiatives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them to create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
