We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Ethereal Construction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Organizational Skills: The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Hours of Work: 32 hours per week.
