About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Ethereal Construction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business initiatives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to drive business success.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure the effective management of company resources.
  • Representative: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
