Evolve the Configuration and Integration of SAP SuccessFactors

Cofina is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Configuration Lead to drive the evolution of the configuration, integration, and data load in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruitment modules. The successful candidate will train and oversee a team of analysts and junior configurators.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuration, data analysis, data loading, process optimization, access configuration, and experience in software development in an Agile environment. They will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the global management of the SAP platform, starting with the mentioned modules and soon expanding to more.

While technical skills are essential, we value soft skills and motivation as well. The candidate should be a strategic problem solver, pedagogic in their approach toward the IT team and business users, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. They will work with other team members to ensure that solutions align with corporate goals.

This role offers multiple opportunities for learning and growth within a growing and dynamic team working on-site – hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and configure the Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
  • Coach and supervise SF junior analysts.
  • Design, implement, and evolve access levels.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts for data loads in SF.
  • Collaborate with Architects on integrations (SaaS and in-house solutions).
  • Troubleshoot Level 2 and 3 incidents on the platform and collaborate with SAP.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to collect and analyze business requirements continuously across departments using the SuccessFactors Platform.
  • Serve as a business and IT Ambassador to the business.
  • Provide direct and transparent communications and reporting to your manager and the PMO.
  • Perform thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development and iterations.
  • Collect and analyze KPIs for monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
  • Collaborate on daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruitment modules.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in analytics and systems development capacity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable items.
  • Self-managed and result-driven personality with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent work ethics and hierarchical understanding.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. This figure may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
