SAP SuccessFactors Configuration Lead

Cofina is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Configuration Lead to drive the evolution of configuration, integration, and data load in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruitment modules. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training and overseeing junior analysts and configurators.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuration, data analysis, data loading, process optimization, access configuration, and software development in an Agile environment. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to manage the global SAP platform, focusing on Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruitment modules, with opportunities to expand into additional areas.
While technical skills are essential, we also value soft skills and motivation. The successful candidate will be a strategic problem solver, able to communicate effectively with IT teams and business users, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:- Configure and lead the Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
- Coach and supervise junior SF analysts.
- Design, implement, and evolve access levels.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts for data loads in SF.
- Work with Architects on integrations (SaaS and in-house solutions).
- Troubleshoot Level 2 and 3 incidents on the platform and collaborate with SAP.
- Collect and analyze business requirements continuously across departments using the SuccessFactors Platform.
- Serve as a business and IT ambassador.
- Provide transparent communications and reporting to your manager and PMO.
- Evaluate quality assurance at every stage of systems development and iterations.
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruitment modules.
- Proven experience in analytics and systems development capacity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-managed personality with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
