Job Summary
As a Customer Onboarding Solutions Manager at Tipalti, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Accounts Payable automation solution and global payments solution for our rapidly growing customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS systems and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Manage cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and technical teams
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, project management, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading successful projects and teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS systems and technology
