About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to lead the implementation of our cloud-based accounts payable automation solution for clients.

Job Description
  • Leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service and become a trusted advisor for each client throughout their journey with Tipalti.
  • Guide clients through the technical integration process, providing expert problem-solving assistance and ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Oversee project timelines, tasks, and development efforts, keeping clients on track and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead the implementation of Tipalti's accounts payable automation solution.
  2. Delve into customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  3. Develop and execute project plans that align with client goals and deadlines.
  4. Promote knowledge sharing within the organization by capturing lessons learned and empowering colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success with SaaS applications.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $95,000 - $106,000 CAD per annum.
