Overview

The Government of Canada - Western is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to fill the position of Sales - Vice President.

Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

This senior leadership position plays a critical role in driving business growth and success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs.
  • Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
