Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Vice President, Teaching and Learning (AVP-TL) plays a critical role in driving the campus-wide strategic execution of the Academic Plan related to Teaching and Learning initiatives.

This includes restructuring and ensuring SAIT's programs are of high quality and meet the diverse needs of learners and industry.

The AVP-TL works closely with school deans, directors, and other stakeholders across SAIT to support and pursue SAIT's vision of being a global leader in applied education.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring 10 years of directly related experience in teaching and learning management.

You should also have 5 years of experience in a senior-level leadership position and a demonstrated ability to lead change through a proactive and strategic approach.

You will be responsible for synthesizing the work of different divisions and developing and articulating a strategic vision.

You should be able to inspire and engage a wide range of people in the evolution of SAIT's vision and develop implementation strategies for the goals that support that vision.
