About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Consultant to join our team at AG Marketing & Development Group Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our computer databases and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Development: Design, develop, and maintain computer databases to store and manage large amounts of data.
  • IT Infrastructure Setup: Setup and configure the IT infrastructure to allow applications to access databases and ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze employee data and information to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Policy Development: Develop policies, standards, and guidelines for data management and IT infrastructure.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that our systems and databases are user-friendly and efficient.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in data processing, database development, and IT infrastructure setup.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Windows, and database management systems.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, and innovation.
