About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Consultant to join our team at Six Side Logistics. As a Data Processing Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Usability Testing: Conduct thorough usability testing to identify areas for improvement in our data processing systems.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain policies and procedures for data processing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain computer databases to store and manage large datasets.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Maintenance and Support: Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records to ensure the smooth operation of our data processing systems.
  • Infrastructure Setup: Setup the IT infrastructure to allow applications to access databases, ensuring seamless integration.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data processing or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.
  • Soft Skills: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, and innovation.
