About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Consultant to join our team at AG Marketing & Development Group Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Usability Testing: Conduct thorough usability testing to identify areas for improvement in our data management systems.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines for data management to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Database Development: Design and develop computer databases to store and manage our data effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Maintenance Programs: Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records to ensure data integrity.
  • IT Infrastructure: Set up the IT infrastructure to allow applications to access databases securely and efficiently.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and MS Windows.

  • Accuracy: Possess a high level of accuracy in data management and analysis.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Judgement: Exhibit sound judgement in decision-making and problem-solving.
