In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Additionally, you will lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop all Shift Supervisors, Team Trainers, and Crew with the support of a District Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze restaurant performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Adjust manager and crew schedules to ensure optimal labor levels and performance.
- Lead and develop all Shift Supervisors, Team Trainers, and Crew to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor service quality and make adjustments to positioning guidelines as necessary.
- Approve expenditures within established guidelines.
