The Receptionist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement residences. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
- Greet and direct visitors, and ensure they receive assistance as needed;
- Maintain the reception area, including sorting mail, preparing packages, and arranging meeting room bookings;
- Provide administrative support as required, including updating phone and distribution lists;
- Uphold and promote the organization's values and philosophy.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills;
- Previous experience in reception or a related field is considered an asset;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines;
- Highly organized and detail-focused;
