We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kosoo Korean Chicken & BBQ. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create new and innovative menu items that showcase our Korean-inspired cuisine.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in the kitchen.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
