Job Title: Office Manager

Pita Land is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.

  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
