At Save Max Real Estate Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management committees, evaluating administrative services, and planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established protocols.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
